What exactly does "You Don't Pay" mean?

Our No Win No Fee consultancy is 100% performance based. We agree on specific, measurable goals upfront — ratings targets, revenue milestones, or audience growth metrics. If we achieve those agreed goals, you pay our success fee. If we don't reach the targets, you pay nothing beyond the agreed project expenses.

What are "project expenses"?

Project expenses are the hard costs required to do the work — research, travel, data analysis, and specialist tools. These are agreed upfront, transparent, and separate from our consultancy fee. Think of them as the investment in the toolkit we need to win together.

How do you define a "win"?

We define the win together with you before any work begins. Every engagement is different, but a win might be a specific ratings position, a revenue target, a format repositioning, or a programming objective. The definition is documented, agreed, and measurable — no ambiguity.

How long does the process typically take?

Every engagement is scoped individually. Some turnarounds happen within a single survey period; larger strategic transformations may take 12–24 months. We agree on timelines upfront as part of defining the win.

Do you work with small independent stations or only large networks?

We work with stations of all sizes. The performance-based model actually makes us particularly well-suited to independent and mid-market stations that need big results without the upfront expense of traditional consultancy.
